Our team brings backgrounds in engineering, architecture, and construction, enabling integrated technical and regulatory support across the full project lifecycle.
Principals
Payman Hosseini
P.Eng., Struct. Eng., CP
Principal Engineer
Payman co-founded PSquare and leads structural engineering, project delivery and firm operations. He brings more than 15 years of experience in structural design, seismic assessment and retrofits, rehabilitation and forensic engineering, and is directly involved in the technical delivery of every project he leads. He holds a BASc in Civil Engineering and MEng in Structural Engineering from UBC and has completed the Certified Professional program. His work spans townhouse, mid-rise, mixed-use, institutional and industrial projects, including engineering support for legal and insurance matters.
Peter Hosseini
P.Eng., CP, PMP
Principal Engineer / Code Consultant
Peter co-founded PSquare and leads Building Code Consulting and complex permitting coordination. He brings more than 15 years of engineering and construction experience and is directly involved in the technical delivery of every project he leads. He holds a BASc in Civil Engineering and MEng in Construction Management from UBC, has completed the Certified Professional program and holds the PMP designation. His experience includes townhouse, mid- and high-rise mixed-use, senior care and industrial projects. He focuses on clear code guidance, proactive communication and coordinated submissions.

Angelo Cascarro
Building Inspector / Code Consultant
Angelo supports CP projects through construction-stage inspections, reviews construction against approved design documents and Building Code requirements, and assists with field coordination and issue resolution. He brings more than ten years of experience in architecture and construction, holds a BSc in Architecture and is a licensed architect in the Philippines.
Jean Philippe (JP) Ayissi
E.I.T.
Building Code Consultant
JP reviews drawings, prepares code reports and Alternative Solutions, and coordinates permit submissions. He brings five years of Building Code consulting experience and holds a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from UBC. He is registered as an Engineer-in-Training with EGBC. His project experience includes townhouse, mid-rise and high-rise residential, mixed-use and industrial developments.
Alma Paragas
PMP
Building Code Consultant
Alma reviews drawings for Building Code compliance and coordinates CP building permit applications. She holds a BSc in Civil Engineering, is a licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines and holds the PMP designation. Her project experience includes townhouse, mid-rise, mixed-use and industrial developments, with a focus on careful review, documentation and municipal coordination.
Farid Hosseini
Project Manager
Farid brings more than 40 years of construction management experience, including highways, roads and channels, as well as extensive mid-rise residential and townhouse development work. At PSquare, he supports residential project delivery and construction management. He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering.
Hamed Razzazi
Project Manager
Hamed is a Project Manager at PSquare and has supported project delivery with the firm for the past three years. He brings more than 20 years of commercial and residential construction management experience, including project coordination, scheduling, cost control and structural coordination. He holds a Master of Science in Architecture and brings a practical design and construction background to project delivery.
Ruby Nguyen
CP Coordinator / Office Manager
Ruby coordinates permit documentation and submissions, liaises with owners, consultants and municipalities, and provides consistent follow-up on outstanding items to help projects progress through permitting. She brings more than five years of administrative experience and holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Capilano University.
